These terms govern use of Catalog Guardian, provided by Catalog Guardian. You must have authority to install apps and modify products for the connected Shopify store.
Service and merchant responsibility
Catalog Guardian identifies potential catalog issues and proposes edits. You choose which edits to apply and remain responsible for reviewing product accuracy, regulatory claims, accessibility, translations, and storefront results. Keep independent backups for business-critical data.
Plans, acceptable use, and availability
Feature limits follow the plan approved through Shopify App Pricing. Charges, renewals, trials, and cancellations are presented and processed by Shopify. You may not bypass limits, interfere with the service, probe other stores, or use the app unlawfully. We may restrict abusive or security-threatening activity.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee rankings, sales, accessibility compliance, or uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to a claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
